This policy covers information submitted to Starscape Group through the enquiry form on this website. Starscape Group operates a small number of digital businesses and does not run advertising, tracking or marketing programmes from this site.

What is collected

Only the fields on the enquiry form: your name, email address, optionally your company or organisation, the enquiry type you select, optionally a domain name, and your message. Nothing else is collected, and there are no optional extras such as newsletter or marketing consent.

How it is used

Submitted details are used solely to review your enquiry and to reply to it. They are not sold, rented, or shared for marketing, and are not used to build a profile of you.

How it reaches us

The form is delivered by Formspree, a hosted form service that forwards submissions to a Starscape Group mailbox. Your submission is transmitted and stored by Formspree, and is subject to their privacy policy in addition to this one. Replies are sent by ordinary email.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the matter raised and to keep a record of commercial correspondence. Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted periodically.

Your choices

You can ask what enquiry correspondence is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request through the enquiry form and it will be actioned where there is no legal reason to retain the material.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and does not attach your name, email address, domain or message to any analytics event.
